worst management team i have ever seen dont the owners see what is done there oh thats right they lie doctor reports audits ray charles must inspect the units for rental

My sister & I with our children moved to Las Vegas from Batn Rouge. At first the service was good. Three days after staying there we took the kids to the pool area. We sat pool side talking to a security guard while the kids were in the pool. Our children sat in the jacuzzi & an older man who is an employee yelled that the kids can't be in there. We asked why he didn't answer. Instead he walked off. The next thing you know the SAME security guard along with another approached us and said that our kids weren't allowed in the pool unless we were in the water with them. We then brought to their attention that there are two other children in the pool who were not supervised. It was obvious that they were not related. The next thing you knew they both told us we had an hour to move. I immediately called the office to speak to the manager Dana and right along with the security they act as though it was against the law to speak with her. She finally called the room & I explained to her what happened & how the security guard who "lied" and said his name was "Ted" would not allow witnesses to verify we did nothing. They told them to go to their rooms and to not come back outside. Dana allowed us to stay and advised us that security lied about his name and for us to only speak with her directly. The security guards were irrate. The harrassment began. We were preparing to move out march 7th (day pymt was due) into our new home we jus purchased. A knock came to the door & it was security saying our neighbors complain of too much noise, however on either side of us was NO NEIGHBORS. I said ok and shut the door being we were leaving anyway. He knocked again and said Dana the mgr said we have a hour to pack & leave. No problem. Two security guards stood there like we were criminals while loading the van wit our belongings. Then asked how long will it take looking at his watch. Informed him we have an hour so what's the rush? I was informed by the mgr Dana from Texas that she was placed there to clean the area up however gang members & drug dealers are tenants. She also said after I advised I would make a complaint that corporate & their lawyers advised them to evict any tenant who complains or threatens to do so. Very BAD service here!! If your light bulb blows out you have to pay $1 for a replacement. Not clean..carpet smells..the security harrasses you and majority of the staff is unfreindly. Don't waste your time or money. Oh and if they tell you to move in a hour NONE of your money is non-refundable no matter if you just paid it.

i called and asked about rates.decided to go look.talked to mike,one of the clerks.he wrote rates down on their brochur.227 per week 946 per month.went to look at the room.room smelled musky.carpets the reason i think.decided to take the room for a week to see if i would like the place and area.he said he forgot to tell me that a room in the back area with a swivel t.v.was 10 dollars more a week.and interent 5 dollars more a week.swivel t.v was ridiculos.very small room.dont need a swivel t.v.just a way to get more out of someone they thought was a sucker.asked to see the manager.very uneducated and rude.i left and did not want no part of that place.area is pretty dangerous.lots of drugs and hookers and pimps at night.day time night from what a tenant told me as i was leaving.so i guess i was lucky in that respect

First of all the staff is very unprofessional and very RUDE! They will quote you a price but
you wont pay that!! Large pet deposits and pet rent. They do not refund your deposit even though your pet has not damaged anything! Everything is EXTRA! Linens 30, per
week. They do not even make your beds if you pay for it. Internet is Extra. You name it
the place is a rip off and with the staff so RUDE.... DO NOT Waste your money. It's a hole!
