My family actually lives here right now! Thank GOD for The Suites and the staff. The office and outside staff are very helpful when needed. The management and office staff have always been kind to us and we feel welcome. We also pay on time and don't ask for refunds because there is no reason to. Really great weekly/monthly rentals are hard to find but this is one of them. It is nice to see security walking the property and even nicer that the police come on the property, you don't get that in most neighborhoods.Makes a family feel safer. If people don't like that maybe they are doing somethings they should not be doing?
The rent is affordable, especially in these hard economic times. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in and still is (NO bugs here)
The location is great too. You can walk everywhere, it is on a local bus line and the Strip is a 20 minute drive. Fantastic!
The "pools and spas" are monitored, really enjoyable for the whole family and they even have grills in the courtyard! Not to mention the laundry is open 24 hours as well as the office. It is a nice, convenient stay and I'm sure others staying/living here would agree but negative seems to be all anyone wants to hear anymore, blaaaah.
This is NOT the pit of Las Vegas this is a great place to start over and recover from the economy, a little nice goes a long way!!!!!!

This place is definitely the underworld of Las Vegas. There are shady looking people walking around and the police are there several times a day. There are rampant domestic disputes and small children aimlessly wander around unsupervised. The bed is a badly stained box spring, and they provide no linens. In fact, all they provide is one roll of toilet paper. No soap, or towels either. Also, the "complete" kitchen they advertise has no microwave. The lamp in the bedroom was broken. The toilets barely flush and the rooms are filthy. Many of the guests appear to be on drugs. One night while I stayed there the local police knocked on the door and asked to search the room. I could have refused, but had nothing to hide, so I let them in. They briefly searched my room for lord knows what. Maybe a dead body? Then they left and began knocking on neighbor's doors. The desk staff was friendly and pleasant, and they do have armed security walking around. They did respond quickly once when a woman started screaming for help somewhere on the property one evening when I was returning to my room. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If you have extra money, go somewhere else for a week. Saving a few bucks isn't worth your life.

Terrible place all around , drugs & dealers everywhere . Police arresting people through out the property all times of day and night. Front office , from upper management down treat you like a criminal right after they get your money .Look at the manager and look at the employees ( should have been my 1st clue ) . The laundry rooms are the worst , leave for a moment - your clothes are stolen , if that is not bad enough , the washers and dryers will take your money as well , go to the office and complain .. they give you a toll free number to call .. NO REFUNDS at all . Only some of the cable channels actually work , some of the time . When you have landed here, you have hit the bottom of Las Vegas

While the exterior looks quite nice the substance is just awful! The security is a joke, there are police there every night, police copters overhead constantly, and the cast of characters, while interesting, can be a bit scary. Much better than the blade-worthy Seiegel dump next door but still just about awful.
The arrogant, over-reaching staff even had my car towed for expired plates (as I was packing for a trip to Ca. to renew). Ca. gives a 30-day grace period and I couldn't get Nv. plates without a permanent address. My camera and laptop were 'liberated' from the car while it was out of my control, so it cost me a small fortune to recover. There was a hint of a kickback to the BS staff from the towing company. Funny how the security staff can catch stuff like that but not the panhandlers and car vandals!
One would think that the city would take action after many many complaints. That they don't provides more evidence that I don't wanna live in Vegas...
