We stayed here Dec 30th because it was the best deal around so close to New Years Eve.
The staff was extremely friendly, the bed was SO soft & comfy. The elevator smelled pretty
funky all the time, not sure what that was but the room smelled fine. Since it's right beside the airport, you can feel & hear the planes big time. depends on which runway they're using that day. They do offer a frequent free shuttle to the airport. They do offer free coffee & cookies during the day & a free continental breakfast from 6-10am including hot waffles!
Yes, it's an older, smaller hotel but the staff made up for any shortcomings.

Breakfast, nice room, excellent service oriented staff, and good amenities. The general manager and the front desk staff were always kind and helpful. Hotel manager ran the show as if he had been doing this since he was born, was professional and extremely personable. Courteous and helpful(above and beyond what is expected). The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Definately a good and affordable hotel in Las Vegas. Good location, close to the airport, and free shuttle.

Was in Las Vegas week for business and stay at Best Western McCarran Inn. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend of mine. She was right on the mark with this one. The hotel was located right next to the airport and only a short distance from the Strip. They do offer a free shuttle to both, so that was a bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to all. Loved all the free items that they offer Shuttle, Breakfast, internet, cookies and much more.

Didn't expect much as I know this is an older property but it is the closest to The Thomas & Mack Arena. What I was not prepared for was how dirty the rooms and surroundings are.The floor of our room was so dirty that my socks were filthy. Had to step over paper and trash at the side door on the way to the car. The only restaurants that the desk clerks could recommend were fast food spots. However, the shuttle driver provided all the information and directions needed in a friendly and helpful manner. Management does provide ear plugs, so if you are a light sleeper this is NOT the place for you! We stayed at the motel while in town for the NFR but will sacrifice convenience for cleanliness next time.
