“Wonderful rooms - I could move in! A bit of a walk to the strip.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

The Signature is a gorgeous hotel! It's very clean, well kept, nicely decorated and the rooms are all suites and very nice! Our room had a balcony, kitchenette that's stocked with pots, pans, glasses, wine opener - all the necessities. It has a mini-stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink - everything you need for a nice stay. I could move in! Very nice bathroom with spa tub separate from the roomy shower and a separate room for the toilet - always a plus.

The only downside to staying here is that it's not right on the strip. There is a very convenient hallway with moving sidewalks that connects right to the MGM. The walk from the room to the MGM food area is about 5 minutes. And another 5 minutes to walk through MGM to the strip. So it's not bad, if you don't mind the walking.

The fitness center is very nice. My husband got in a good cross fit workout there. We never had time to check out the pool and hot tub. :( Next time.

Warning: They do charge a daily resort fee of about $20. It gives you access to the fitness center and wi-fi. But the price you see listed on websites does NOT include that resort fee. We were there for a friends wedding, so we got a discount for being in the wedding block.

Overall, a lush place to stay!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony.

“Bed & Breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

My Wife and myself visited MGM's monster hotel to celebrate my Birthday..I'm Old ...ish and our wedding anniversary..we were there for six days in early February and had the best of times..there is a longish walk from Tower three..where we stayed to the casino/shops/ food outlets ..but its no real problem.. Check in was faultless..we had a great room on the 28th floor with a view to die for ..which is exactly what you will do if you lean over the balcony to far..but should you survive ,,which undoubtedly you will..room service will deliver enough food and drink to keep you going throughout your time there ..and its reasonably priced.(nothing is Cheap in Vegas ).we had breakfast delivered everyday..and it was splendid..
There is no smoking in the Three towers..there does not appear to be a Dark Lord either..both of these things are a blessing,,as was the Bed..very comfy..
Last words...the staff were all helpful and of a pleasant disposition..and thats it..Highly recommended..

Room Tip: Go early in the year..they will give you a choice..well..they might..and then again..

“fantastic value on strip”

just back from "valentine" weekend in Las Vegas. This hotel rocks! Great location, great room (got suite with balcony on 37th floor), and great value. The staff were very nice and attentive from the moment we pulled up to gate. The experience was really hassle free... oh we did have trouble with the TV remote but a new one was delivered in 5minutes! Two thumbs up for fitness center: nice equipment, clean, complimentary towels-- iced and dry. Classy place, will definitely be back.

Room Tip: get balcony rooms

“Great MGM hotel bad housekeeping service with blue chip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012 via mobile

Overall love this hotel as an MGM property. As far as blue chip not the best. Couldn't check in until 3 no matter if the room was ready (hotel usually let's you within reason). Have to call for housekeeping and lady was rude acted like she couldn't bring us just towels and toiletries. Left for the day came back with no towels unmade beds etc. what are we paying this much for to not get the same service as the hotel would provide its customers? I would just book through another site is my advice.

“Quiet, Clean & No Smoke!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Since my last stay in October 2011 all areas are non-smoking, including the pool and balconies - if you want to smoke, then do yourself & everyone a favour & stay elsewhere. The layout for each suite is generally the same (junior suite 520ft², 1 bed suite 874ft², & 2 bed suite 1394ft²), but some have wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and some have balconies. The view is strip (north west) or pool (south east). Rooms have kitchenettes or full kitchens, so you can experience some "home cooking" if your craving it after all the prepared options in Las Vegas. Room service is also available. The property features 3 pools (one for each tower, but you can use any/all pools that are open), plus you can use the MGM™ grand pool complex. The pools are seasonal, so during this stay the tower 3 pool was the only pool for all signature towers & the entire MGM™ grand. An indoor walkway connects to the MGM™ grand. If you prefer to walk to the strip directly, then head out the main gate and walk west down Harmon St. A vehicle is not necessary, but it's recommended as all the casinos have free parking and the valet service at the signature is great; you'll also have no need to complain that this property was too far as some other reviewers have done - take note: the strip is 4.5 miles from Mandalay Bay to the Stratosphere Hotel. You'll either be walking to the casinos directly or walking via the parkade, or walking after a taxi/bus/monorail ride, but you will have to walk! The signature does charge a "resort fee." Internet and 2 bottles of water per day are "free." There is no gaming in the MGM™ signature complex. I've only encountered two minor issues while staying at the signature and they were resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this property.

Room Tip: North West rooms face the strip, South East rooms face the MGM™ grand pool complex & Wet Republi...
