Had a microwave, fridge, air-conditioning worked well. Wouldn't want to spend a week here, but it was great to save some weekend money.

When I wanted to call the front desk the phone in the room didn't work and cord pulled out of the wall, so I had to call with my cell phone in order to get the wi-fi password.

Old locks on the doors, but otherwise would stay again if needing to save a few bucks.

Stayed here for 8 weeks staff is awesome price is right and no one bothers you everyone minds there own business.

Poor carpet. Poor showers. No roaches, or at least they are fast. Sometimes scary neighbors. Apparently there was recently a renovation, but this hotel needs another one...
Might be good for a group who wants to be literally right across the 15 from the strip and doesn't care about presentation, cleanliness, or service.

I had heard that this old americana 5 hotel was newly owned and renovated but i had no idea it was a completely new hotel.
new beds new couches new refrigerators new microwaves new carbeting new tile new staff
i am telling you i paid 45 bucks and i would have paid 100
most surprising excellent stay i have had in vegas
quiet with 24 hour security guard who actually walked the property
great pool
breakfast from an italian bakery on the weekends
fee coffee free wifi
you gotta stay here
