We reserved a room based on the reviews we read here. Somewhere on the reservation website we missed ticking the box, "Non-smoking room." So we were given a room in an awful building that stunk of cigar and cigarette smoke. We were told there were no non-smoking rooms available and we hadn't noted the preference in our registration. So we were stuck. If we hadn't just flown for 24 hours from Europe to LV, we would have gone elsewhere. In addition, the carpets were filthy--especially in the hallways--the bathrooms had dirt and debris in all the cracks and corners and there were no elevators to the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Never again.

I’ve booked a room for the first time in October 2010 and for the second time this past weekend. I have had good experiences both times. The only thing I can complain is their beds. They tend to be a bid hard. This was experienced on both of my trips. Other than that, the rooms were in great shape, clean and spacious. Their desk service is superb, friendly and helpful. The amenities are a great plus for the low rates they offer. This makes it easy to save some extra cash if you do not want to be eating out at the strip all day. Getting to the strip from there is easy and hassle free. I hope the beds get upgraded in the near future which will make the experience a great one!

I stayed for 6 nights for a business conference and definitely would stay again. After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little leary and this place does have some minor drawbacks but overall I thought it was a great value. First the drawbacks: like most apartments the lighting is dim. There are a ceiling lights in the kitchen and bathroom but only table lamps in the living room and bedrooms. The internet is wired and the outlet in in the living room so bring your long ethernet cable. The TV is also in the living room (none in the bedrooms). No elevators.
But for the price, I gladly can accept these minor limitations. I had a full kitchen with dining table, dishes, dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, separate bedroom for the same price (or less) than a regular hotel room. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly (they have a workstation with printer where you can print out your boarding pass in the front office). I got a quiet nights sleep every night (and I am a light sleeper).My AC unit worked perfectly. I thought the location is great (I took a short walk over to the Orleans a few times to gamble). I probably saved more on meals by hitting the Albertson's grocery store which is close by than the entire cost of the room. The daily maid service was great - they even put my dirty dishes in the dishwasher for me. Of course, being a single guy, I only used the microwave and didn't attempt any serious cooking.
Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay and would definitely check it out the next time I'm back in Vegas. If you are looking for a luxury spot on the strip this is probably not the place for you but I had a great time here.

We were surprised when we opened our door to see a huge stain on the carpet. The maids didnt see that? Website states "Our suites come with fully stocked kitchens perfect for cooking your own meals", there are absolutly no pots & pans no dishrags, dishsoap or dishwasher soap. Kinda hard to cook, it has 4 plates, 4 cups 4 bowls and silverware for 4. Tiles in kitchen and bath all cracked and broken. need serious updating. When guests stay 3 plus days would be nice to have laundry basket in room. hard to wlk down 3 flights of stairs and over 3 buildings w/dirty clothes. Small loveseat in LR and only one tv in 2 bedroom suite. hard to relax after a long day! Free high speed internet/make sure you bring a plug in so you dont have to buy one like I did.
