We stayed Feb 5-9. Tower 2 29th floor, 1 bedroom suite with Jacuzzi and full kitchen. We had an awesome view of the mountains and the Stratosphere. King size bed was very comfortable. There is a safe in the room. The hotel has concierge services which we used for dinner reservations. They will also help with tours or show tickets. We were approached re: the time share presentation, but there was no pressure when we politely declined. I guess how much pressure you experience depends on the person who is pushing the presentation. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were helpful, friendly and appeared genuinely interested in our well being. The MarketPlace on the first floor has some groceries, beer, wine, sandwiches, pizza and desert for purchase. Prices were 3.00 - 8.00 for breakfast items, 8.50 - 10.00 for sandwiches and 14.50 - 17.50 for pizza. We did not eat any of the items, so we cannot comment on the quality, but what we saw looked very good, with substantial portions.
We bought breakfast items, snacks and liquor from the CVS one block down, which has slightly lower prices. The full kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for cooking. A coffemaker and toaster. Plates, silverware and glassware. There was even a wine opener! We did not experience any noise issues
You can walk to the Stratosphere in 10 minutes.(it looks closer than it is). The area is kind of seedy, so be "big city observant" of your surroundings. We would not recommend walking around there late at night. Walking down the strip toward Circus Circus is a much nicer walk.
If you don't want to walk, the valets will will hail one of the cabs which are waiting at the hotel.
Interesting fact: you cannot hail a cab off the street in Vegas. You have to go to a casino or hotel taxi stand where a valet will hail one for you. A cab ride from the Hilton to the end of the strip will cost around 20.00 without tip. The Deuce Bus will cost 7.00 per person for a 24 hour pass. The bus picks you up right outside the hotel, but be aware, it drops you off on the opposite side of the street, and there is no traffic light or crosswalk. It is a harrowing experience crossing the road. It is also jaywalking, which can get you a ticket, so always use the crosswalks and cross the street only when the walk sign is lit.
The only reason we cannot give this facility 5 stars is due to a housekeeping issue.
We had one day of housekeeping service during our stay, This was suppose to happen on day 3. We left used towels on the floor,as directed, for pick up and left for the day.
When we returned the only evidence housekeeping had been there was the water in the flowers had been changed. We spoke with the front desk, who said they would speak with housekeeping. We had expected housekeeping would come back to pick up the used towels and replace them with new ones, but that did not happen. The same towels were still on the floor when we checked out on Friday.
Other than a major glitch with the shuttle service who did not show up for a scheduled and prepaid transport to the airport, we had a wonderful Vegas vacation and would highly recommend the Hilton Grand Vacations On The Strip.

We are an Ownership Resort, if you are a Club Owner you would get a once a week housekeeping service if you stay seven or more days. If you are Renter you would get a daily service. Housekeeping will replace Guest room linen amenities on request. I would love to hear from you to discuss this in more detail.
