Worked out a weekly rate with corporate which was not honored by the property. Then said rate rose weekly after that! Made me pay a pet fee ($75/pet) for pets visiting for only 2 days! Finally, staff - esp. Mgr - is not just rude, they're the most aggressive (unjustified as I never raised my voice) I have ever seen, not just at a rental, but at ANY business, period!

Travelers beware!! This place is a real piece of work. According to local police, multiple thefts have occurred at this location in the past year. Due to a recent experience with theft here, I felt compelled to write a bit about a family member who came here for a short term stay (1 week) and got robbed within a few hours of arrival. First, the conditions of this establishment are terrible. Stained sheets, smelly rooms, stained carpet, you know the rest. They appear they could care less who stays, and that is probably why it is on the cheaper side. My family dropped his bags and took off to Target to get some sheets (as office refused to change them) and then get a bite to eat. When he returned, the door was wide open and all of his luggage had been stolen, including a laptop bag, two wheeled bags and a small backpack. Problem is, this is all he has in the world and it was all taken from him. The job appeared to be professional as the glass was "cut" in a triangle and the perpetrators let themselves in through the window, the rolled the luggage out the door. My family member also is highly suspicious that the front office may be involved in this as they watched him closely and potentially "called him in" to the local thieves as he took off to get sheets and eat. The office is also refusing to refund his weeks worth of money paid there (a bad legal idea) and has been reported to the BBB. This location according to the police who arrived on scene has had more than its fair share of thefts and the police also warn to NOT stay anywhere in Las Vegas that has "Suites" in the name. Evidently there is quite a theft racket going on at places like this. This place is located in a rather rough area of town as well. My family did not have any knowledge of this based on his reading and booking of the room for a week but is regretting not seeing any information or reviews online about how utterly awful this location and facility is. It is also run by completely mechanical and totally incompetent staff who serve no purpose except to further facilitate criminal activity on their property. I am imagining that it will not take long for an operation like this to be shut down. Police did get a good bit of prints but matches take a week or so, the stuff is likely fenced off for some quick drug money or otherwise. Las Vegas, glad you live up to your criminal beginnings. Watch yourself wherever you are in this town if you have to travel here. In my travels here, nothing is off limits or too low for a person to do.

Siegel suites is gross i payed 4 a full week and left the next day at troicana and valley view i had got tony roma ribs turned 2 get some juice and 2 cock roaches were in my food i called the front deask maintence guy came right away he was very pleasent guy and baumed the place but didnt do no good Denice that works the front desk is a sweatheart but that sharon is rude and needs 2 be fired shes outside behind office smoking a cigarette every 15 min. the outside is dirty every where the fittness area has been closed for months they put us in a room with 2 beds and the head bords are huge and antique there scary looking the only thing that looks good abot that place is the blue sign that says SIEGEL SUITES the lamps hanging off the wall are torn and ancient i sat on the couch and a cock roach was crawling on me and they were falling off the ceiling i complained a few times i said how can these people stay here front desk replied weve had people here for 5 yrs.well if thats true they must love sleeping with cock roaches cuz i bareley lasted a day and they have ancient long big and scary air conditioners about 6 feet long kept making squeeky noices i thought somebody was behind it it was just pittiful i highly recommend the budget suites on trop. and valley view right next to the roach place ive stayed there many times very clean beautiful scenery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made the mistake of complaing to the front desk about the pool not being open on time, told them that i was tired of the weekend performance and that i was going to contact corporate in the morning, maint guy threw me out of recep area and the followed me out the door to make threats about what he was going to do to me after he got off work, called las vegas p.d. and turned him in. this place is crawling with cockroaches, trash never dumped on weekends, litter and trash everwhere when the manager is gone, constant smell of deg feces. One wash room has been broke down for a month, the exercise room was destroyed months ago by vandals and still is not operational. the stay here eat free thing is very misleading, only two of their properties have restauraunts, one in jean 25 miles away the other on the north end of town in the old strip area 5 miles away, not very conveinant for meals if you ask me, they also decide what you eat, only breakfast, or their special whatever that is, with the bug infestation here at this place i would not eat prepackaged food in their restauraunt!!!! We have traveled over 15,000 miles since may all over the southwest all the way down from alaksa, this is the absolute wrorst service, prop condition, we have seen!!!! The beds suck and the water barely comes out of the shower head and it leaves a black residue on everything, you might ask why are we still here? There is an absolute no refund policy!!!! this place will get not one more dime out of me!!!!!
