Horrible and dishonest. We booked two months in advance. Chose this place purely on location since the hotel across the street, where we were attending a basketball tournament, was full. When we arrived in the morning they said our room wouldn't be clean until 3:00 and they took our cell number. At 3:00 they called and said they didn't have a room for us and we would "have to" go their other property and use their shuttle service. Other place was about 6 miles away--a $50 cab fare round trip. Plus it was a dump. Dirty panties were hanging on the shower rod, no pot for the coffeemaker, TV remotes didn't work, cheap furniture, no decor to speak of, confusing room numbering system, incredibly long walk to our room, and those are our observations in just the five or six hours we stayed there, Their shuttle service was random and unpredictable. They had the gall to tell us they knew they were already full when we first arrived but didn't tell us then because they hadn't decided what they were going to do yet. This left us no time to make better arrangements. They blamed their wholesalers for the overbooking but we made our reservation by phone directly to their front desk. Driver told us he took nine parties elsewhere the day before for the same reason. Their strategy seems to overbook to their hearts' content at their small hotel which is in a desirable location, to capture business for their large hotel which is in the middle of nowhere. We're not even sure it was still within the city limits of Las Vegas. We had to leave in the middle of a game to start sorting out this mess and they ruined one day of a three day trip. They did offer a small discount on the rate, Thanks, but no thanks. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
