This place was very good. Everything was great, from service at check in to the small things I needed taken care of during the week. Just 1 disappointment in that the hot tub was out of order. The place is off the strip but that's a good thing as it is very quiet. Large spacious living area. Shuttle to the strip if you dont have a vehicle so getting to the strip s no problem. Anyway if you want a great sleep stay here.

This is a very well maintained, beautiful facility that is located a few miles from the strip. You can get anywhere from here without having to fight all the traffic of the strip. The facility is secure and the rooms are clean and loaded with amenities. There are tons of activities for the family if you have time to enjoy them, as well as a basketball court and great pool facility that was heated for the winter. This place was great for a family trip to Vegas where gambling and partying were not the focus.

The Resort was very Nice and Quiet away from the strip and crowds after being there or at the local casinos. You came back to a nice Clean and Roomy suite. We had a one bedroom deluxe which means we had the washer and dryer for the clothes which came in handy to do laundry before we left. We had 2 Large flat screen TVs one in living room and one in Bedroom. The bathroom was OK with a walk in shower but in Bedroom was Whirlpool Tub.


The Staff was very helpful in answering some questions about getting about town with no Car. They do have a shuttle that now only goes to the Planet Hollywood Towers. They have cancelled the Fremont Street Experience run on Saturdays and Wednesdays. They also do not go to MGM and Treasure Island any more. They still have the grocery run on Mondays and Thursdays to a Super WalMart. It was convenient, as we had Breakfast and lunch in our room.

The room was very clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. It was nice a quiet after a day of casino hopping.

I recommend the RTC.com site for bus routes and times. There is a bus stop right outside the gate to the left about 200 ft away. This will take you to the Palms, Gold Coast across the street and Rio and to the Strip at Ballys. (number 202 Bus) . The shuttle from the resort takes you to Planet Hollywood Towers which you can get to Beligos, Ceasears, Ballys, Paris, Bills, Flamingo all around the strip with some walking involved.

Where do I even begin?!?! We booked this mini vacation in September and was told that they only had a 1 bedroom available, yet their were 3 of us traveling. But was assured there was a Queen sized pull out couch. We were also told to keep calling back to see if a 2 bedroom was available. We did that everyday for 2 weeks prior to our stay and were told there was nothing but the 1 bedroom available. So we had no choice but to take it. Ok we arrive at about 9:30am and check in took about 30 minutes because they want to set up a "visit" for us at the new Planet Hollywood location. This is thier sales presentation. We are Westgate Owners and are used to the BS they feed you. So after all is said and done we are escorted to our room. It was a nice 1 bedroom condo with a fireplace in the living room and 2 flat screen TV's. The bathroom was horrendous! The toilet and shower were so close together and super small! The door to the shower stall would open and slide across the toilet base.....that is how TIGHT it was! I was the lucky one who got to sleep on the sofa bed......first of all it was on a crazy slant. I had to sleep with my head on the opposite side of the bed because all the blood was rushed to my head sleeping the "normal" way. The mattress was so thin that I could feel the springs from the sofa bed! Needless to say I didn't sleep very well and my back hurt! There was always someone cleaning the unit next to us and above us very early in the mornings. The vacuuming and furniture moving was ridiculously loud at 8am. The shuttle service was ok. Unfortunately for us, they stopped shuttle service to Fremont Street and to the other casinos. So it takes you only to Planet Hollywood and back. And BEWARE.....they take their break between 8-9:30 therefore you will be waiting (like we were) FOREVER!!!! The sales presentation/tour is suppose to be 90 minutes turned out to be hours of manipulation and lies. DO NOT GO!!! They are very nice and try to get you to buy their timeshare and if you tell them you are not interested they become extremely rude and hostile. Stay away from this place!!! Stay on the strip where you won't be harrassed by Westgate sales people!!!!! Oh and the internet charge is ridiculous!!! $50 for the week I believe.
