I've stayed here a few times when I've needed to. Not easy to find a reasonably priced hotel when you have two dogs either. They didn't hassle me about the dogs, and even waived the pet deposit. Unlike other motels/hotels, they didn't charge me extra either for having dogs. They worked with me on the price since I've stayed for a few days, a week, and even a few months once. The help at the desk has always been friendly and helpful. They also didn't hassle me about putting up a huge deposit when I've checked in with only cash and/or a debit card. Some hotels will do that if you don't put a credit card on file. Anytime there has been a "rough element" they have always dealt with it promptly as I've seen that person gone quickly. Security is actually around 24/7 and working - not sleeping in a booth somewhere like some security does in places like this one. It's extremely convenient to be across the street from two major bus stops - and also from the Super Walmart. Since I don't have a car - this place is ideally located.

“Total Improvement!”
I have stayed at Stay Suites of America on Las Vegas Blvd. for business several times and the recent change of ownership and management has made a huge difference in the quality and value of the property. My room was clean and obviously refurbished, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They couldn't do enough for me and made sure that everything I needed was available to me. I will definately be staying with them again.
