We booked thru wymdam and somehow magically my room switched to a smoking room. First problem. Checked in and got to our room to find crap plugging the toilet. Second problem. No WiFi. Been broke for months they tell me. Third problem. Rude staff and don't give a crap attitude. Fourth problem. I could go on and on. Just stay away. Far away.

I have traveled an average of 100+ days a year for 14 years and this was the worst stay I've ever had. I was not allowed to change my date of arrival even with more than 24 hr notice. I had to fix the toilet when I arrived. Bathroom fan did not work. Shower head frozen with corrosion. Fridge door would not shut. AC too loud to sleep. Ice machine broken. Wifi not working. Grounds are unkempt. Had to beg to get a receipt.

If you are looking to hang your head for the night, this is a good place. Rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly. Location is ideal off the 395 with easy access to I 80. No frills. The continental breaksfast was pastries and breakfast bars. Free newspaper and hot coffee. Would stay here again.

It is a good hotel. We came to the hotel, the office manager checked us in with no smile on her face. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There is no microwave even in office. I wanted some plastic spoons but they did not have any spoons or forks. The continental breakfast has Danish rolls, coffee and Juice. No Milk or anything else...
