We stayed in a suite. Unsure if employer booked it as such (doubt it), or the fact that we stood at the front dest for over fifteen minutes until someone showed up to welcome us. (this was after going into the casino and asking for any type of help) No apology or explanation.
Room was a nice size double room, but according to the website, the largest of the rooms. No complaints! Even enough outlets, (which always seem to be an issue with most hotels).
The three pillows on the king size bed were TINY!!! Called, and two more were delivered without delay. Small, too.
The bed was comfortable enough, but the bottom sheet was not fitted, therefore, everytime I woke up I was laying on the mattress itself (YUCK!!!!).
Toiletries were nothing special. Double sink with one outlet, but it allowed the hairdryer and my curling iron to be plugged in at the same time. (better than across the room on the desk!) Shower pressure was incredible. AND the water seem to be less drying than in other hotels.
Most of the rooms are non-smoking, but was awakened (DH and I) in middle of night with a distinct odor wafting across our room. Neither of us could sleep well from that.
Casino was not large, but nice size. Nothing overwhelming. Dealers were not only NOT helpful, but really took away much of the fun we usually experience at area casinos due to their attitudes.
Mexican eatery had nice atmosphere, with good choices. Great staff.
The Grille was great with breakfast (two out of the four were lukewarm). Prime rib dinners were worth the$7.77...no more. Staff friendly and attentive.
Won't return.
