Room was quite large for the price. Beautiful view of the river and the Iowa side.

Stayed here with our family for a wedding, reception was at hotel. This is our second stay in a year. The room we had this stay was ground level, with a door opening to parking lot. That made loading and unloading convenient. Room was clean, great bedding and bathroom was nicely updated from last year.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel and enjoyed each time. The rooms are modern and the view of the river is spectacular. The staff have always been friendly. The restaurant is very classy yet comfortable. Great food with again a great view. You feel as if you are staying in a very expensive hotel but paying regular room rates. The romance package is a wonderful value. Only complaint is that the pillows were awful. So soft that your head went right through to the bed. And I can't say much for the bed either because that was hard, hard, hard. So bring your own pillow and hope they get new mattresses or you get a room with a good mattress. Other than that - I highly recommend.

We have stayed at the Marina Inn for weekend getaways several times. The room furnishings are equivalent to what one would expect at a high end Marriott or Hilton. The staff is incredibly friendly and their shuttle will take you anyplace in the area. The view of the Missouri River and downtown Sioux Ctiy from the riverside rooms is beautiful. We are bicyclists and were pleasantly surporised to find that South Sioux City is nationally recognized as a Bike Friendly Community with an extensive trail system that runs right by the hotel and that you can cross the Missouri River on trail over the nearby bridge and access the Iowa and South Dakota Trails - we actually rode our bikes in all three states on just a morning ride.
