I stayed at holiday inn express and was pleasantly suprise with the awesome service
that i got from the staff members they were caring and accomodative. My beds were
brand new i think they have just replaced new beds and new LCD tv's i dont know why would someone complain about beds i loved my beds and my entire room & specially that hot
breakfast & Indoor Pool & Spa

I had been staying at Super 8 hotels for a week and decided to splurge for a Holiday Inn. Big mistake. The mattress in my room was old and spongy like it had been bought the day before at a thrift store. The in-room fridge made noises all night. The heat/AC unit had no thermostat so I had get up twice in the night to turn the heat off/on. They kept the number of towels to the bare minimum. No special goodies for me being a Priority Club Gold member either. For all this I could have stayed at the Super 8 next door for half what I paid here.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this small country town while attending a wedding and had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Not only did they let us check in two hours early but they also upgraded us to a King Suite for joining the member rewards program two months earlier. The room was pristine, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. If you are in the area for any occasion I definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express, O'Neill.

Well maintained hotel in this classic small town in Nebraska. We have stayed here on more than one occassion.
