This appears to be an older HIE and it shows its age in a number of ways. Staff is helpful and friendly and accomodates personal needs well. However, the mix of smoking/non-smoking rooms on the same floor is problematic. Both times I have stayed I needed to change rooms because the ventilation is poor and smoke from adjoining smoking allowed rooms was strong in my non-smoking room. While I was changed quickly and with an apology, it is still time-consuming after a long day. "Business center" is one computer in a stairwell with a very slow and often-times-unable-to-connect unit. Again, not up to the usual high standards of HI.
Room Tip: If you want a non-smoking room - make sure the smoking rooms are far away.
