I've stayed here numerous times on business. It's an OK place to stay. Customer service is generally good, but....
The shuttle service is not what they say it is. I've been left waiting for an hour when I was told I'd get picked up in 15 minutes. Ice machines have not always worked. The beds are getting old and sag in the middle. The heaters in the room are so loud they wake you up when they kick in during the night. It's losing it, and fast.

Lincoln has some funny/different hotel rating scales. This Holiday Inn is on par with 3.5/4 star hotels we have visited in other cities. Kyl, a manager, stepped up and delivered when we needed it the most. Thanks! Enjoyed our stay. Very clean for an older property, Request a floor above the 10th floor for a good view of the city.

The overall experience of this hotel was good. The hotel is clean and is kept clean. Barbara in the lounge became a friend who made excellent suggestions on local interest. She made the stay enjoyable.

Very decent hotel in a fun downtown atmosphere. Opted to stay instead of continuing farther west for the night. Very good call. Daughter enjoyed pool and our room was just as nice as something you'd find at the Sheraton chain. Amazed it's a Holiday Inn. We just drove 12 hours so we're pretty open minded at this point.
