As soon as you see the hotel, you can tell it is a fake Hampton.

I'm not sure what it used to be, but this hotel was not always a Hampton. Don't get me wrong, they do a fine job running it, but it's not the same.

The beds in a two-bed room are twins, not queens like most other Hamptons. Also, the bathrooms are rather small. But the one thing that turned me off the most was that this Hampton accepts pets. I've never heard of a Hampton Inn accepting pets. At one point in the evening there was a dog barking down the hall that could be heard in our room. We left to get dinner, and didn't hear it again - so not a major problem. But still, the idea of sleeping in a bed that somebody else's pet might've slept in the night before really grosses me out. And it was the 3rd floor too! Most hotels only allow pets on the 1st floor, which is one reason why I ask for a room on a high floor.

I would not recommend this hotel, only because there are better and newer Hamptons in Lincoln, and it's really not that big of a city that you MUST stay right near the airport. Otherwise it's fine, staff was friendly and the breakfast was Hampton's standard.

I booked this hotel through Hotwire, about $64 total. Nice, comfortable room, helpful staff, good wifi. I didn't sample the breakfast, I slept too late! Darn comfortable Hampton Inn bed and pillows! Had a very comfortable king, nice big room with a comfy club chair and foot stool in the corner.

Quibbles: Cable channels missing a few, including MSNBC. Shower head ran sluggish, desk clerk did promised to have it looked at right away when I checked out.

Not a bad place. Friendly staff, room was clean, breakfast the next day was good. Cross country stopover for less than $90? Kids liked the pool. Local pizza delivery place was TERRIBLE, avoid Valentino's. Seconds from I80.

Stopped here for an overnight on a cross country road trip, CO to OH.

The front desk people were with out a doubt, the friendliest and most cheerful people I have ever seen working in a hotel of any class. From Check in to check out, they made it a real pleasure.

The room was a suite with a very comfortable bed and nice furnishings in the "Living Room". The size was note exceptionally large but quite enough for two people.

The complimentary breakfast was standard Hampton Inn but the presentation was nice and well organized. The eating area was large and spacious with a large screen Plasma TV.

All and all, the staff made this a very nice stay and I would definitely stop there again.
