Needed to cancel reservation due to changes in travel plans. Called at 4:01 pm Central Time Zone day before arrival. Mike, the manager, told me to call Expedia to cancel. After being on hold for 20 minutes, Expedia stated it could not be cancelled since it was after 4:00 pm. They called the manager to see if he would allow the cancellation. While the Expedia agent was talking with him, he hung up on her. Very rude person. I will be goin to Fremont but will not stay at this hotel.

We spent one night here as we were moving our daughter back to college at Midland University. We had no complaints...the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the pool looked nice though we didn't use it, and breakfast was adequate (cereal, breads and juice). And the $60 price definitely saved us some money. We will stay again if we need to in the future.

Worst hotel ever. Room Stank. Bathroom leaked, they were out of toilet paper, Internet didn't work the hotel says "you need every day?" No one speaks English. Staff is worked like slaves, public bathroom smells like syrup covered cat poop, door is locked with a bungee cord. I wouldn't send my worst enemies there. Bed was lumpy and hard, and stank of urine, cigarettes and shame. Windows had no screens. Corner stank of cat pee and regret. Front desk guys don't speak English and sleep in a small cot behind the desk. Pool is either freezing or boiling, and full of hair and debris. Pools tiles will cut your feet. Back yard full of dog poop and the Indian ladies garden to which she peeks in the windows as she lurks back there. Missing money from my wallet in the drawer in my room. Parking lot full of debris after storm wasn't picked up. No tissues in tissue box, they were out of that too. If I wanted to stay in a third world country I would expect to pay rates of a third world country hotel. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I travel for a living.

Stayed in Fremont Luxury Inn & Suites, we were not using the hotel for luxury, we only needed a place to lay our heads down and take a shower. The manager (or hotel front desk person) constantly followed us in the motel for NO REASON. We were not unruly or disrespectful, yet felt we did not have privacy. The front desk clerk did not speak where you could understand, and his wife pretended to not understand english. At one point the desk clerk entered our room without permission and luckily we showed up, he claimed to be checking the windows. The bathtub did not drain, the hot tub did not work even though I was told it was working when I made the reservation just a few days before. This is not a motel to stay in when visiting Fremont, we moved motels for our second night stay and found a customer friendly hotel at a much lower rate. Finally, upon checkout from Luxury Inn, the front desk clerk inquired what motel we would be moving to and what the rate was and persisted to inquire when I told him it was none of his business. He was well aware of our unhappiness and I told him he was uncooperative.
