this hotel was filthy. Room service did not happen our second night there and they transfered to 3 different rooms before they found a room that had been cleaned.

Supplies, towels,cups varied as to whether or not you had enough or any at all.

the Sheets had been thrown on the bed and not tucked in just covered up by the spread.

the weekend desk attendant had no personality or idea of what he was doing, and that is when you could find him at all.

The pool and hot tub were out of service and looked like they had been for some time.
I would never stay there again even if I brought my own sheets, vacum and bathroom cleaner.

We checked out of this hotel about 10 minutes after we checked in. We had 3 rooms reserved through hotels.com. The clerk checked us in to 2 of the rooms, THEN told us he didn't have the reservation for the third and no rooms available. When we questioned what we were supposed to do, he told us we had to call hotels.com & actually said it wasn't his problem. There has never been a way to contact the manager. After 2 days & at least 6 phone calls, hotels.com FINALLY credited our money back. The hotel itself has not contacted us at all. Hotels.com was just as uncooperative. One customer service agent told us if we hadn't waited until the last minute our rooms would have been reserved. We were in town for my grandmother's funeral! This was a nightmare of an experience.

I booked 3 hotel rooms more than a month in advance and when I showed up I was told they only had 2 rooms available - that the hotel had overbooked by 4 rooms even without a record of my reservation for the 3rd room. I showed the front desk clerk my printed reservation confirmation/itinerary and was told that was Expedia - not them - even though their hotel name/address was right on the receipt. Because our group was too large to stay in just 2 rooms, and there were no other rooms available in town, we had to drive to Omaha. When I called Expedia for a refund, they contacted the hotel to confirm we didn't stay there and the front desk clerk said she couldn't verify whether or not we checked in...I'm still trying to get my money back!!!

Also, the hotel looked rundown and dirty, the pool was closed

Check in went well. That was it. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom for starters. My son slipped at their pool and was bleeding a little, the first aid kit at the pool only had one two by two, no tape and they couldn't even offer me a band-aid at the front desk. Neither did they have a toothbrush or toothpaste (they had signs in the rooms stating they offered theses amenities if you had forgotten these items). I also had to ask the same person twice to get an extra towel after being in the pool. All I have to say is thank goodness for the drug store acoss the street, and I will be staying at the hotel across the highway next time. I was truly disappointed.
