Stayed here enroute from Minnesota to Colorado. This is a motel class location -- basic comfort at a modest rate. In that class, this hotel met that expectation. The property is about relatively new, clean, but and average for this class, but does include a microwave and minifridge in a room that is not labeled a suite. Average continental breakfast, but a bit small of a dining area for the number of total rooms. Crowded on a Sunday morning at 07:00.
Staff was very courteous, and the night clerk gave me their travelers discount to make the room $80 for the night. Reviewing TripAdvisor listings in the area, that is about a 10% discount below advertised rates, so I give this a thumbs up as a traveler stopover in this area.

Stayed here with family one night over the weekend, and we had a 9 month old with us. We were promissed a crib right away, but it never came .... or maybe it did when we were out of the room and they saw the one we brought from home and decided not to leave it???!! Not sure, we never bothered to ask.
The hotel is clean, I was very impressed, and so was our room on the 3rd floor. The king size bed was very comfortable, there were enough warm blankets, and good pillows. The "bathroom" has the sink outside, in the room, and a sliding door for the rest. Single stand up shower. It was ok, but would have liked a regular bathroom. As it was February in NE, and very cold outside, the room was surprisingly warm and comfortable. I wish I knew it would get cold over night and should have run the heater all night, but we kept turning it off and on - I think a personal mistake. The heater did a great job warming up the room, and it was quiet/loud enough that it did not bother the baby.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we had no issues. The breakfast has wafles, fruit, cereal, bagels, pastries, juice. OK for one morning. Would stay there again if need be - we really liked that it was right off the highway (77) and the closest to Hooper, which is where we had to travel, of all hotels in Fremont.
