We had extended family members needing a hotel for one night. The hotel is very clean, and kept up to date. The beds were adequate, not like a five star, but fine for one night. The pool area was very nice for the family.
The staff was very helpful and provided helpful information.
The room had a microwave, refrigerator and table area.
This hotel in my opinion is the best hotel in town!

Absolutely floored with the service level of the staff/ facilities are as if they open just yesterday and I know the hotel had been opened over 10 years. great breakfast and nice reception in the evenings. I will not stay anywhere else in a 50 mile radius if I am close to Columbus!

Hotel is relatively new, and well maintained. Nothing too fancy, but clean, safe, and good value. According to the front desk staff, they do sell out often, as many people come through Columbus on a regular basis for work and stay there.

Free wireless internet, but it was so slow, it was virtually useless.

Decent breakfast provided, complimentary, and evening snacks provided until around 7pm.

If I was in need of another hotel in Columbus, I'd definitely stay here.

I was surprised by what a nice property this was. I was a little put off at first because it was substantially more expensive than anywhere else in town. However, in the end, it was worth it. The property itself was lovely. Very clean and well kept. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful - it felt like I was being welcomed by family. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good with lots of choices. Overall, although not a great value by any means, it is a really nice property.
