During my stay, a sprinkler broke and started to flood the first floor, then a few minutes later my room at 2am. I was alerted by hotel staff and firemen that we needed to leave quickly. We packed up our stuff and headed to the lobby where we were sent to the Marriott next door. While the hotel cannot control what happens, they can control how they handle the situation. They did excellent taking care of their customers. My stay at the Comfort inn, Marriott, and breakfast was free for the inconvienence. They were extremely respectful and courteous.

This was a great stay. This was the last day of a week long trip and it was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and enormous, the staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is on Reserve Street convenient to I90, but not right on the freeway with all of the noise. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a one night stay, as we passed through the area. The room was nice, and we had requested a smoking room as my spouse smokes. This room was so filled with smokey smell that I had to open a window. We stay often in smoking rooms, and they do not have to be this overwhelming with smoke odor. I do expect a difference in smoking versus non-smoking, and I am quite tolerant of the smell, but this was quite bad. The room was otherwise clean, roomy and comfortable, but I was glad it was upstairs as I could leave the window open. There is no elevator in this hotel, so be advised if your luggage is heavy to request ground floor.

This was one of our best stays anywhere! The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Loved the business center! We will recommend to everyone.
