“We loved our stay here”

Our experience here was just perfect! Excellent front desk and all staff! We utilized the "AARP" discounted rate over the weekend and had just a great room. Very clean and the new tiled shower with Water pik shower head was great. My husband is tall and he had lots of room with the showerhead being higher up on the wall. A big plus for us.
Beds very comfortable.
Maybe one little thing is not any hooks on bathroom door and little area to hang clothes, but that did not deter our stay at all.
The breakfast is just perfect! Small omelets and sausage and fruit, toast, oatmeal just a wonderful spread that is included in the room rate.
We loved this Hampton Inn!

Room Tip: We had the 3rd floor at the end of the hall and it was very quiet. A king bed would have more room...

“Great Place to Stay”

I suppose I'll be honest and say that I picked the Hampton because I'm a smoker. Aside from having a smoking room, their beds are s000000 comfortable. The trouble is you just don't want to get out of them. Another thing I liked was when I picked up the phone for my wakeup call there was a real, live person on the other end. They have a workout room, indoor pool and a very nice breakfast.

“Great hotel; pet-friendly too!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 September 2011

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 yrs, and have been extremely satisfied every time. It's the only Hampton Inn that I know of that allows small pets for a $10 fee.

PROS:

--the friendliest, nicest staff; very casual, neighborly atmosphere
--very clean, well-maintained property
--great location right off Interstate 90
--close to gas stations, Costco, restaurants
--good size room with microwave and larger refrigerator
--free parking and plenty of spaces

CONS:

--more expensive than neighboring hotels of similar class (Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard)
--wireless only HSIA (slow)
--analog programming on HDTV
--traffic congestion on N. Reserve St.

“Predictable and perfect”

I believe this might be a newer hotel - if it's not, they've done an excellent job. The lobby is a notch above other hotels and the rooms are consistently clean and tasteful, in keeping with the Hampton Inn chain. Parking can get a little tight, but it's free. Hotel is easy to find off the highway and very near a variety of restaurants. I'll return.

“Quiet and Comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 August 2011

We stayed in Missoula for a few days while in Montana on vacation. This Hampton Inn was great. Centrally located off of the highway, the hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located right near the hotel is the Montana Club restaurant which is nice if you are arriving late and don't want to go far for dinner.

The hotel does serve breakfast in the morning and for those of you familiar with the Hampton Inn breakfasts they are nothing fancy, but surely you can find something to start your day off right. The breakfast area was kept clean and picked up at all times.

My favorite part of the hotel was how quiet it was. I never heard another door slam, or voices through the walls or other showers. I was surprised as our room was on the second floor right above the door to the entrance to the hotel. We didn't have any view at all due to the overhang, but I didn't care we weren't in the room but to sleep. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great both nights here.
