Clean, fairly modern property in a good location adjacent to downtown for both business and entertainment.

However.....wireless internet is very, very weak....almost unusable.

Flatscreen TV was mounted in a fixed position, so it could only be viewed from the bed, couldn't swivel it to view from the desk or the couch. Had to move the entire armoire to be able to watch TV.

My room was on the atrium side. Hotel had music playing in the lobby/atrium which was loud enough to penetrate into the room. Either need a thicker glass door or perhaps turn down the volume.

It's the little things that frustrate me when paying for a room.

I stayed at this hotel while attending an academic conference and was very pleased with my room and the service recieved. Beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and nicely furnished. I also recieved a complimentary Wall Street Journal every day! Beyond that, the staff was pleasant and helpful - the maintenance person came immediately when I complained of squeaky door hinges. He was quite pleasant as was the maid who cleaned the room, and the personnel at the front desk. The hotel has a convenient airport shuttle and is located in the heart of downtown.

We stayed here enroute from Glacier NP to McCall, Idaho, check in was reasonably smooth & our room on the first floor overlooking the carpark was more than adequate. We went for a dip in the pool/spa/sauna which was a great way to relax after the drive, only strange thing here was to access the shower/changing room you had to walk through the carpeted fitness room.
On the nightime we ventured off into town with a good selection of bars & restaurants.
In the morning we ate breakfast in the hotel with a nice view out over the parkside watching the squirrels.
Good hotel just a short stroll away from the amenities.

Got a King River view room. Nice size room with a view of the river. Comfy beds but thin walls. Pool was chilly, sauna was "kind of" working. Nice size lounge with outdoor seating. Great front desk staff. I prefer the doubletree but this is a great second choice. Two blocks from the shops and restaurants downtown.
