“Stay with Daughter. Great stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 April 2011

I took my son in laws advice and used hotwire to book our room. when it came up this hotel I thought great it's by the truck stop and the aiport. and a older hotle. I wasn't too happy at first but thought okay the price is right. and it's just one night.I was a little worried about noise. but slept like a rock. when we checked in Michelle was awsome. and she was on shift the next morning. again she was awsome!
our stay was great after a stress filled weekend.

“Great Job Days Inn staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 November 2010

I completely enjoyed my four days with the Days Inn staff and Hotel. The rooms were great and the service was awesome. The staff, including front desk clerk Michelle, were very courteous and helpful. My room was neat and taken care of. If given more opportunities in the future, The Days Inn will be a first choice for me. Thank you DAys Inn.
Sincerely, Dennis Feucht (Decker Truck Line, Missoula Montana)

“The Travel Plaza next door is a real bonus”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 July 2010

I liked the hotel, it was clean, quiet and all the staff I met were natural and friendly. The travel plaza next door is great, with a restaurant, gas station and gift shop, for which you receive coupons upon check in at the Day's Inn.

“Inexpensive, close to airport”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 June 2010

We needed a room near the airport and this hotel was the least expensive (offered military and senior discount), yet nice and comfortable. The lobby had a computer and printer for printing my boarding pass. They allowed pets for an additonal $10. Coffee in the lobby was luke warm. Bed was very comfortable. Internet in my room was good and easy to connect to. Rooms were not sound-proofed, and street noise and hallway were loud. Very good location for travelling, right at the intersection of Hwy to Kalispell (Glacier NP) (north - south) and Freeway 90 (east - west). Only 5 minute drive to Missoula airport. Would stay again if just for travelling, but I think if I were going to Missoula for pleasure and site-seeing, I would try staying closer to town. There were many more hotels in Missoula close to attractions.

Denny Honaker, General Manager at Days Inn Missoula Airport, responded to this review
17 June 2010
We thank you for your review. We feel our close proximity to the airport makes us a perfect location. I am glad to hear that you took advantage of our lobby computer to print your boarding passes. We have a lot of guests that appreciate that. I was also happy to hear that you were able to use your computer in your room as our wi-fi gives our guests that ability. As for the noise, I apologize for that, and next time you come, please ask us to put you in a western facing room. This side of our hotel may be a little quieter. Glad that you feel our beds are comfortable. We have Simmons Beauty rest mattresses and are proud of their quality.
Thank you for staying with us, and we look forward to seeing you next time,
Sincerely,
Denny Honaker, General Manager

“Amanda, Michelle, and Angela deserve the highest accomadations i can possible give!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 May 2010

On the day we checked, Amanda' s assistance was spectacular!!! We are truck drivers and our truck broke down. We were unhappy because of that and were having problems with our financial situation. Amanda offered solution's that solved ourproblemsand not only did we feel better, she put our mind at ease by resolving all the problems we had. (We were also hungry and company credit card wasnt working.) She contacted the restaurant staff next door, and before we knew it, they accepted our company's credit card over the phone.
Michelle....well all I can say is that she's as sweet as "Pure cane sugar"!!! We ended up staying for 4 days due to complication with getting part for our truck and every morning when we received more and more bad news..., she SOMEHOW knew all the right things to say to lift our spirits and put a smile on our sad faces. She didnt have to say anything, but she did and her kind words made our time and stay here relaxing!
Angela is also incredible!!! i found myself not being able to sleep one night. Little did she realize she told me about a web site that played music that we both like. That small gesture made my night and relaxed my mind. Her beautiful smile and immaculate appearance also was soothing. We chatted for a short time and within moments, I found myself at peace and forgot about the stress that was keeping me up.
One last note....something I noticed just from being around the hotel lobby so much over the last 4 days. the maintenance man.., I believe his name was Rob. In my opinion, he deserves a true lunch break!!! Over the last 4 days i noticed his phone was ringing constantly during his lunch break and h constantly was busy. He's the true meaning of a dedicated worker. He would even eat on the run at times and not once did i hear him complain. The hotel is in immaculate conditions, very clean, and he seemed to have the answer and know how when it came to fixing ANY problem.
I give the highest praise to all the house keepers. The all have a wonderful attitude, super polite, and work hard on pleasing the residence that stay here. This has been the best stay at a hotel I've ever had. I thought when I stayed at Bally's in Atlantic City that I was in heaven.....well this place put me on "CLOUD 9"!
