So gross. Not only was it dirty, but it was OLD - and not in that charming way. I will never go back, despite the great location. What an eyesore. The staff was slow, rude, and incompetent. Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, and the toilet ran constantly. Sure, it had it's own parking lot, but it was full and we had to park 4 blocks away anyway.

I paid around $90 for one night...I'd say it was worth maybe $40. Even if it was that cheap in the future, I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice downtown location, secure parking, clean bathroom (but the rest of the room could have been cleaner). AC worked great and was quiet, but the towels will exfoliate you before you get dry.

The staff had no idea on how to fix the internet problems that we and other guests were experiencing. Since the hotel management was "east Indian" it was very surprising to us that it wasn't fixed straight away since they had a direct connection to tech support.

Overall, a somewhat comfy place. And very satisfied overall.

This place is by NO means anything to write home about it, but it worked for us. Yes, it's shabby, but it's in the heart of the Missoula's great downtown ~ the real, historic area as opposed to the freeway and big box stores. We were able to park and bike around town (and Missoula is meant for biking!). The staff was friendly and the rates more than reasonable. There's an outdoor pool, always a bonus for those of us with children and teens. The rooms were shabby and older, but they were clean and that's all we needed.

this is without a doubt the worse hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in 1000's of hotels all over the world. I would give zero's across the board if It would let me. how to start. this hotel is downtown with no parking. people were in the hotel drinking and partying all night. the heat was stuck on full. the windows would not open. we had to open the door and secure with the chain otherwise it would have been 90 degrees. managment did not care nor did they try to stop the non stop all night noise. I finally gave up calling the front desk after the night manager swore at me and told me that he could do nothing to stop the noise. I could actually hear people selling drugs outside by door. not safe for families or anyone who wants to actually sleep at hotel. would not reccommend to my worst enemy
