This king-bed room was very nice with a wood headboard and AC regulated from the wall. The remote had a sanitary paper around it! The room is very big. Nice shower. The breakfast was wonderful- real eggs, real strawberries, real ceramic plates, and real silverware. My only criticism would be that there was a dog barking in the room next to ours, so the wall was kind of thin.

The room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool and the spa. The complimentary breakfast was one of the rwo or three best we've had at any hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull. Will definately stay here next time I'm in Missoula.

I am a frequent business traveler and have found the accomodations at this Best Western extrememly pleasant, and worth more than what they are charging. Facilities are new and offer everything you could want. Fitness Room and Indoor Pool are great! Staff is always very pleasant and helpful, always smiling, and they will recognize you as a regular traveler! That is nice when you are traveling as much as I do! Breakfast is very good. Hotel is clean, modern, and if you stay in a Suite you will feel like royalty. Location is easy to get to off the freeway, and there is a Starbucks and Pizza Place in the same lot you can walk to. Just down the street are many other restaurants and shopping. A Great place to start your trip in Missoula from!

A few days before our visit, I called our hotel (Best Western Plus, Missoula) to ask a few questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, etc. Kara Bartlett, the Catering Director, answered all my questions and offered to meet with us the day after our Thursday arrival. For reasons to complicated to explain, we missed the opportunity to see Kara on Friday. Arriving back at the hotel after Kara had left for the day, we were disappointed and figured it was a missed opportunity. NOT TRUE! When we opened the door to our room, there were maps and notes hand written by Kara about her favorite places. We followed them almost to the letter for the rest of the weekend and had a spectacular experience.

The hotel, our very clean and attractive room, the incredible farmers’ market, restaurants, mountains, rivers, library, etc.,…and the wonderful people of Missoula made our short trip one of our best in a long time.
