“There's No Place Like Home!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

Sight unseen, I booked three suites for my family at Missoula's Staybridge Suites for a birthday and New Year's Eve. When we entered the lobby it was as if we had come home - the fireplace was beautiful and warm, the staff greeted us and got us checked in quickly - something I took note of and was appreciative of. When we opened the door to our room on the 4th floor, we were so pleased with the beauty and functionality of the room - a small but very inviting living room and kitchen area and then a separate bedroom that had all the amenities we expected. The room smelled good and the temperature was perfect. We brought our 75 pound golden retriever and he was just as welcomed by the staff as we were! The theatre room was beautiful and the pool table made for some great competition among our family members. I cannot wait to come back to this place - really beautiful and functional. I highly recommend it!

Room Tip: Our room was 415 and did not have a good view, but rooms 423 and 428 did - other members of our fami...

“One of the best - beautiful, CLEAN, super friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 December 2011

This was our first time staying at Staybridge, but it will not be our last. We had a king suite which was immaculate and roomy. Felt like a small luxury apartment. Full kitchen with a nice granite bar for dining. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the fitness center is well equipped. A great value.

“Really Nice Place to Stay”

We had a suite with 2 Q in a separate BR and a full size sofabed in LR. The living area included a substantial kitchen (2 burners, micro, d/w, good size sink, and full size fridge) with an eating bar. My daughter thought the sofabed was uncomfortable and since she had a test in the morning, I said I'd sleep on it and I slept fine. The 2 Q beds were rated excellent.

There was only a lightweight blanket for the sofabed and when I called the office, apparently that's all that's normally provided, but they quickly brought us up several more of the light blankets for the sofabed. The Q beds had a comforter in addition to the light blanket.

TV in the LR as well as the BR.

It was very nice that the heat/AC unit is in a corner closet and the ducts are high on the wall, so the air is not blowing the curtains around. The temp settings seemed to be awry; I had to crank it up to about 75 to get the room comfortable.

The pool is tiny, only good for a few kids to splash around. We didn't try the hot tub. There is a business center with computers guests can use, but when we tried, a couple of people were parked in there for an hour or more.

Breakfast very nice. All in all this was one of the best stays we've had anywhere. They offer a federal employee leisure rate that is an excellent deal. This is the only place that actually asked for my federal ID.

“Staybridge on the Board”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 November 2011

This was our first Staybridge experience. We went in on reward points for a night without knowing until we arrived that it was TripAdvisor's #1 in Missoula! We had a top-floor WC access suite that just popped up when booking on points online. We think maybe this is the default suite when booking on points as we had no need for a WC suite but the extra room was much appreciated. This brand is definitely a notch up from Priority's Candlewood brand, They had TripAdvisor's #1 plaque prominently displayed in lobby. Excellent suite all in all with an unfortunately below average mattress--just very soft and no support at all. We would return as the suite itself was a nice size and the front desk discounted our pet fee by 50% as Priority members.

Room Tip: Ask for your Priority membership pet fee 50% discount.

“Nice Stay!”

We were in Missoula, MT for a four day conference at the Hilton, which is right across the street from Staybridge. All I can say is this hotel was a very nice experience. It is in an excellent location and very easy to get to. It offers complimentary breakfast (with hot food!) that we took advantage of every day and a 24 hr pool service (which we also took advantage of!). The beds were comfy and we had access to free WiFi. We had a suite which came with a sitting area, kitchen and separate bedroom area. It had two TV's and all in all was great for the value! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will most likely stay in the future. As well the shopping in Missoula is great and downtown is FULL of restaurants and pubs. I would recommend eating at Ciao Mambo (excellent Italian) and if you don't mind a bit of a drive (10 min) LoLo Creek Steakhouse is probably one of the best Steakhouse's I have eaten at!!!

Room Tip: Suites are very nice for an extended stay!
