This is by far one of the most wonderful hotels I've ever stayed in, I've stayed here twice now and will be back again. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is always tasty, and the freshly baked cookies every evening are a welcome treat after a long day at work. The staff is outstanding! They are so welcoming and hospitable, always going above and beyond what you expect to get in any hotel, from the handwritten notes left in the rooms by Roxanne in housekeeping to the warm welcoming smiles and greetings from Garrett and Courtney at the front desk. This hotel is truly a gem and a true asset to the Hilton chain. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling through Helena!

Close to the not busy airport, and conveniently located for shopping. I visited Helena over Thanksgiving 2011 to see my daughter. She had suggested another area hotel but after reading some reviews, I decided on the Hampton. I used to travel weekly for my company and we always stayed at Hamptons when possible. I assumed I knew what I was getting with the Hampton, and the Helena Hampton did not disappoint. The room was well kept, the breakfast was better than many other Hamptons, the other guests were friendly, and most importantly the staff was outstanding. My wife and I plan to visit my daughter again next summer and we will plan to stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a beautiful town. We were there in July 2010 and liked so much that we decided to spend thanks giving day in Helena. We chose this hotel from the good reviews we saw and didn't disappoint.
Everything was great even they gave us late check out due to the Black Friday madness that started at 8 pm on Thursday.

We were looking for a hotel in Helena for a couple nights. We were looking for value and we also wanted a pool. We'd read about the beds being comfy, so chose the Hampton Inn and it was perfect.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Lobby was spacious. The breakfast room was great. It was usually packed but the food was always filled and choices were good. Fresh baked cookies were offered in the lobby each night and were very good.

Location, on the east side of the highway, was good as it was easy to zip around to the various stores we were visiting. Walmart was right next door, so easy to pick up quick toiletries and snacks.

We had a problem with the lock on our door not working. Eventually, hotel staff determined that the battery needed to be changed in the lock control unit. The night clerk took care of this in relative short order, following an obviously well written manual as she had never done it before.

My only complaint is that most of the time after the regular work day, the front desk clerk was on by themselves and it took a bit of time to either get things remedied or questions answered. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
