It has been 8 years since I stayed at the TownHouse Inn in Havre and the improvements are very nice. It is a pleasure to stay in a well cared for hotel that has friendly employees. The soup bar in the evening was a surprise.

4 of us went to Havre for a couple days, we booked a room at the Townhouse Inn.
We were told that they were not very busy when booking. But they had booked pretty much most of the other rooms to the local tribe for a birthday party which according to a worker is a normal occurance, as the 30-40 screaming kids can have free breakfast and soup for supper. There were at least 30 kids at any given time in the pool and the rest were running through the halls screaming, very relaxing. We were told that we had a pool side room with a "balcony" the balcony was the hallway overlooking the pool. The room had mold on the ceiling, the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor, the tub did not drain so after two showers it was half full of dirty water, the heat/ac didn't work, the hot was half full of brown murkey water. Upon check out the lady at the desk was very appologetic and understanding but not much she can do about it as she just works there. So be warned, do not under any circumstance stay at this hell hole!

The motel and the help were nice but we booked on line and there was no mention
that the pool wasclosed. Them having a pool was the reason we stayed with them.

Last Sunday night, my wife Sherry, and I were on our way through Havre on a business trip. On Monday morning bright and early, Sherry needed to print some documents from a flash drive. The desk Staff, Gail, Tiffany and Melissa made sure that Sherry had access to a computer with the capability to get her work done. It was quick, freindly and way more than expected under the circumstances!
