This place should not be allowed open, WHERE IS THE HEALTH INSTECTORS??? I'm so shocked this hotel is even legal to be open. The bathroom was full of hair, and the floor was not vacuumed and badly stained, and stank like dog crap. I alway make a point of looking for bed bugs when traveling. I hoped I would never find them......... til I went here.......They weren't hard to find, We pulled the blanket back and looked on the matress crease and moved the matress and moved the night table and they were crawling everywhere, VERY FREAKY!!!!!!! We hightailed out of there as fast as our little legs could carry us, please always check for bed bugs
They acted all shocked and grossed out, when they themselves looked gross. After reading all these negitive comments you can't tell me they never know of the problem, which they said they didn't, HORSE CRAP!! There is not 1 good report about this dump. It needs to be shut down and bulldozed to the ground. What a shame AMERICA. We have shopped here for years and love Great Falls, but this was TERRIBLE. I hope someone will do something about this place., PLEASE!!!
I wish, I wish, I had a camera to post pictures of the bed bugs, and the other dirty crap from here.

This place is shameful. It is dirty and run down. We had hair on the bathroom floor and in the drain. The soap dish in the bathtub had not been cleaned. The ice bucket had junk on the outside. The hallways and elevator are dirty. It was understaffed and had the worst breakfast I have ever seen.

Horrible stains on the carpet leading to our room

Stayed in room on the ground floor and the room was very basic and the beds were rock hard but a huge improvement over the cot we also got from the hotel... well actually after phoning down to the desk 2x and asking in person another two times over a 5 hour period we finally got a f/d staff to let us go get the cot ourselves so we could go to bed. I woke up at 4am and had to climb in bed with my Mom cause the cot mattress hurt so bad and the wires were poking into my hips.

** In the f/d's defense they were very busy but come on you can take a smoke break but you can't get a cot from housekeeping just down the hall from the f/d?

Bathroom: was a nightmare with lots of mildew where the caulking should be and a shower handle that looked like it would fall off at a moment's notice.

Overall I would not go back to this hotel. The price was not that bad but other hotels were close in price and I would go there before ever going back to this hotel.

The housekeeper opened and drank half of our 2 26oz bottles of booze while we were out shopping and then the manager would not replace it without a receipt and would not discount our rooms.. HORRIBLE!!
They knew right away who did it and fired him = admission of guilt, but would not do anything to resolve our issues. UNREAL
