I was there alone, beds were not that great, tv channels were local and lots of drugs particularly "METH" public announcements. very strange. staff were just ok and room was clean. don't know if I would stay there again! theres gotta be something better!

Great value! Good full breakfast voucher cost $5 for $20. Bfast service was quite slow. Nice pool and slide for the kids. Room was a little small but well appointed. Nice linens and marble bathroom counter and shower.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Great Falls over the Remembrance Day long weekend. The hotel was nice, clean and the front desk staff were excellent too. There was a computer glitch when I tried booking through their website and I ended up with 5 rooms reserved not just the 1 I needed. We ate at the restaurant the first night and it was horrible. The waitress tried to make everyone happy but every table that we could see had an issue with their food. Ours was burnt and barely edible. Our appetizer came 20 minutes AFTER we finished and paid. The waitress kept insisting it was on its way out. It was terrible. There was no one bussing tables so some people in street clothes cleared and reset tables which would have been fine but the man setting out the clean water glasses carried them to the table with his fingers inside the clean glasses, very gross.
So yes stay at the hotel but eat somewhere else.

This is a nice property! Big spacious rooms with soft and hard pillows and beautiful linens, open hallways look down into the stunning foyer/lobby. Free internet in the business centre. Wonderful banquet meal for our group, and very fresh,tasty breakfast early the next morning. We would definitely stay here again! (very impressed that the bellman introduced himself when he dropped off our bags and gave us info about the hotel, saying "let us know if there is anything you need") The extra personal service was appreciated.
