We stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and we definitely will never return. The check in was great, staff very pleasant and friendly, breakfast was good. The problem we had was the noise. At about 10 one night we had people move into the room above ours. We could hear everything they did including the rolling of their suitcases across the floor, their shower and tiolet flushing. It sounded like they were having a party with all the stomping. I finally phoned the front desk at 1 a.m. and asked them to please give them a call to keep the noise down. The next morning we were woken up at 6 a.m. and it started all over again. What we finally realized was that the people were not doing anything wrong just that there was no barrier in the floor between us. The next night was the same so we had a couple of nights with very little sleep. I told the person on the checkout about it in the morning and she said "we get that complaint alot".
I wrote to the contact number for room complaints on the Hamptons website but never heard back from them.
One other thing that we were not pleased with is that they use plastic glasses and paper coffee cups. We paid over $160 per night so expected better.
