Being from an oil field town myself, I understand most hotels being entirely booked. This was the only place my boyfriend could get a reservation when travelling to ND on a business trip. Having stayed at other Super 8s, I expected a reasonably-priced average room. Unfortunately, it was far below a typical Super 8 room. The front desk gal was rude and not a great representation of their property. The hotel as a whole was old and dingy. The room was small, cramped, and not well-organized. None of the furniture matched, and it was all outdated (I don't mean a few years old, I mean 40 years old). The walls didn't match, except for the awful staining on all surfaces. The only redeemable factor was the nicer shower with good water pressure. The bedding was awful, and even the hallways had a HORRIBLE smell. My boyfriend even joked (although it may not be all that far-fetched) that he might catch a second-hand heroin high from whatever was embedded in the walls. I wish I had taken pictures because it is hard to find words to convey just how awful it was. Overall, it was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy.

Traveling back home from Glacier with my 4 lb Chihuahua, I stopped at several motels in Glendive and picked this motel for its price and it was pet friendly. I just wasn't impressed with the town of Glendive at all. This motel was just OK. Nothing great about it, nothing horrible about it. It was just OK.

Bad manager. Dirty old rooms. Nothing to eat closeby. Stay far away if you want to avoid bedbugs.

I reserved a room for 2 nights and when I realized I would not make Glendive for the first night I called Anthony and cancelled for that night only. He neglected to tell Barb who works at night so when i arrived Barb said I was a "no show" and refused me my room that I had reserved!1 I slept in my truck, thanks Anthony! I travel a lot and own several businesses and I have to say this place is the worst I have ever seen. I have never been told to my face that I was lying about cancelling my room and put out into the streets. Unbelievable! Unfortunately for me all of the motels in this area fill up regardless of how they treet you. I have had the oportunity to stay here and the rooms are damp, moldy , dirty and smell of smoke, but they are a reasonable rate if they let you in. I will go elsewhare from now on.
