Beautiful large older home has been lovingly restored to be a home away from home for travelers on the road. We found this thanks to tripadvisor and we are so glad we did. We stayed in the largest Annie suite and what luxury. Great sitting area in room and doorway to second attached room for our teenage daughter. Wifi and air conditioning are nice modern touches, but the house appears true to its period - over 100 years old. We had a great sleep in the bed, had a relaxed walk in the area and enjoyed a delicious breakfast enchilada in the dining room the next morning - great coffee too.

I have only stayed in one bed and breakfast before this, but I would not hesitate to stay here again and I will explore more bed and breakfasts in the future. The owners are excellent hosts who also live in the home. I loved our Montana road trip and this was definitely one of the highlights.

This is a lovely home with great services, rooms and atmosphere. The owners are very nice, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in the corporate highway motels, this is an identical price and much, much nicer. The Yellowstone River is right behind the hotel, with a park and historic bridge leading to grocery store etc.

Montana is a big state. If you are heading east towards Fargo and need a good nights rest, stop at Charley Montana's B&B in Glendive. Just a few miles thru town off the hwy and in a quiet area. The old house is gorgeous and the rooms very nice. Wireless access too. Breakfast could have been better but we will cut some slack here because the owners were out of town. Had dinner at the Yellowstone River Inn, which was probably as good as it gets there, about 4 miles away. There is a sports bar within walking distance but that wasn't open on a Sunday night.

I am so glad I found Charley Montana Bed and Breakfast! We were Montana and on our way to Medora, ND and it was a great stop. The home is beautiful and in great condition. The young woman who received us was gracious, warm, and very helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was generous and delicious too.

It is hard to find B&Bs that will allow children to stay but Charley Montana's was VERY friendly and open to my children and the kids and I had a wonderful time.
