Spnt three nights in one of their four cabins. Very clean & comfortable. Very accomodating: we arrived at closing time and they cooked us a great meal to take back to our room and they found a place for us to park our trailer. The food was so good we came back to eat there after we checked out.

In planning trip I found this site. Called motel and asked if they wrote their own reviews. They assured me --NO. Stayed 3 nights and it was a great experience.Big,very clean rooms, great beds,and a bargain price. The food they serve is excellent and a lot of it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our family travelled in to Essex by train. The owners picked us up at the train and...knew we were running late! They serve great food. We needed to get to Kalispell to pick up our car rental and they were so very nice to give us a ride. It's about an hour, one way! In the area, you can check out the Isaac Walton Inn for fun and don't forget to use their hiking/cross country ski trails on the other side of the RR tracks! Go a few miles down the road to "Goat Lick" and take your camera! They have 4 rental units so, you know you'll have some privacy. If your goal is to be "in GNP", you'll probably want to get accommodations in the park after you visit with the Sullens. Thanks for everything! Oh, I almost forgot! They allowed us to use their home based wi-fi. Nice folks!
