During several visits to Dillon finally found the GuestHouse. Very clean, good prices and amenities. Remodel made it even better. Staff is wonderful and helpful when something is needed, especially when I mess up. Just needs a better business center for printing. I travel a lot and wish there were more properties like this in the country.

I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels in Dillon and have tried them all. The Guest House is easily the most comfortable, especially since the remodel. It also has the best and friendliest team working there.

This hotel was always clean and the staff very friendly. They have just finished a remodel of the entire hotel and it is beautiful. I especially love the 40" flat screen TV's

This is at least the third time we've stayed at the GuestHouse in Dillon over the past few years when we go to visit our brother. It's really convenient to the freeway and yet quiet. This trip we found there has been a significant upgrade/renovation so even though it was fine before it is now newer and now has large flat-screen TV with DVD player. Only thing we would prefer different is to have upholstered chair to sit in for reading and/or watching TV/video ... the bed is your only choice for the latter the way things are arranged and that's not good for us old folks. Next time we will inquire if any rooms have different arrangement.

The staff (especially Jodie) were very pleasant and cheerful ... a real delight and very accomodating. Breakfast is better than average for motel complimentary breakfasts.

We were there in January and the room rate they gave us was probably about as good as you can hope for this day and age, though it still seems high when we can remember never paying over $5 when we first got married (that tell you how long it's been?). At least it was much less than the $123 that another reviewer reports which was probably in peak season?
