First of all, everything is higher in Butte Montana. Not sure what's going on there but you will pay a higher price for an average hotel.
The hotel is older, the staff was kind of friendly, the rooms were clean, beds were good, guest laundry worked well, the breakfast was good but typical hotel eggs and meats, biscuits and gravy.
I would do it again if I had to but i would call around ahead next time to get something a little newer/nicer for the same money.

My husband & I were driving back to WA from the E Coast and stayed in Butte for one night.
We had stayed at a few Comfort Inn's along the way and this one was not to the level of the others.
They had signs that they were under construction and to excuse the mess. But the rooms were on the older side and definitely noisier than most.
The wifi was free and the breakfast was as well although both were just 'okay'.

Stayed here two nights and cannot rave enough about the awesome service at the front desk, how helpful all the staff was, the A+ comfort of the rooms and the delicious breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and got snotty, rude staff and sub standard service. This was quite the opposite. I will be back as Butte is my hometown. Thanks!!!!!!!!
