Like your best friend's tasteful and thoughtful guest suite - with views of the snow-capped mountains. I'm on a grueling multi-city marathon business trip and this is my favorite hotel by far.

Free seriously-high-speed internet
Stylish, but not intimidating room - I'd love to have friends in for cocktails before dinner in the sitting area or hole up with my husband for a weekend with strawberries and champagne!
Firm, comfy bed with extra blankets and great down pillows
Lots of extra thick towels
Enough extra 3-prong plugs convenient to both the bed and the desk
A drape clip to make sure you can sleep
A nightlight in the bathroom
Extra door security
The restaurant on the 20th floor is reasonable, accommodating and delicious with a knock-your-eyes-out view

Small things that could be improved:
No fridge in the room
No safe in the room

Otherwise: My favorite hotel so far

Stopped on our way off to ranching. Check in was nice nd quick. Stayed in an executive junior suite which was a good size with good facilities.

Walker's Americn Grill is straight across the street and worth a visit. The hotel bar is a bit too sports orientated with loud TVs, so not a place for a quiet drink. But drinks are reasonably priced.

Breakfast for exec rooms is up on the top floor. My partner had great fun with the waffle machine and said they were surprisingly good.

We booked our room last minute while on our drive to big sky. We used Priceline and got a great deal.
The hotel was perfect, great fitness room, perfect location.

When we were leaving I noticed there were dirty underwear under the bed - not mIne, gross but we were on our way out. When we checked out the receptionist asked I'd everything was good we said the room was great but in a joking mood said "well, except for the dirty underwear...." she apologized and we laughed it off. 2 days later I got an email saying they were refunding me my nights stay at the request of crowne plaza. Wow! Now that is a great hotel!

The very large hotel has the smallest parking lot, so one has to park in a parking garage and get the ticket validated by hotel staff, which is inconvenient. The hotel is located in the middle of downtown, so one hears traffic noise much of the time. The bathtub is very slippery when wet; I almost fell. It needs either traction grips on the floor or mats. I woke up at 7:30am 2 consecutive mornings to take a shower, and the water was not hot and barely lukewarm. I won't stay here again.
