Hotel was great. For about $100 a night we had a clean, comfortable, quiet and good-sized room. Pool area was very nice. Made to order breakfast was great, breakfast area was very clean and service was great. Hotel staff was wonderfully accomodating and personable.

Newer hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, and helpful & friendly staff. All pillows were thick and firm, so if you like thinner pillows, that may be a problem. If you are a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the loud banging sounds the room doors made. Located in nice, newer area outside of downtown with a bike path behind it.

I stayed at the Billings HGI for two nights in June 2010. I arrived by plane late in the evening. The hotel is located on the complete other end of town from the airport and is nestled among other hotels, restaurants, and big box stores. I thought I had it mapped well but must have taken a wrong turn near the end of the drive. Just may have to pop for that GPS! Getting hungry, I stopped at the nearby Outback for dinner and they helped me navigate the rest of the way.

What I liked most about this place was the quality of the breakfast. The choices were manifold and the bacon was really good - not the thin, wimpy variety you get at most places. This was good and thick - very tasty. The cook will prepare your eggs any way you want them. He does a good job.

Not much to say about the room other than it was clean and quiet. I got two good nights' sleep.

As noted by other reviewers this hotel is remote from downtown but if you have a rental car, you'll be OK.

This hotel represents the HGI brand quite well. I would stay here again.
