My wife and I stayed 4 nights in a Jacuzzi suite. This is the second time we stayed here and we love this place. It is very clean and thay have a great staff. The breakfast is pretty good also. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

I have traveled to Billings frequently over the years for business and this by far is the best hotel in the area for the cost. Rooms are huge, clean, beds are really comfortable. I had the basic King room which had a couch, desk, fridge, and microwave all included. Staff is very friendly. There was a bit of hallway noise as I had neighbors with children, but the beds are so far away from the door it didn't bother me, and I heard nothing thru the walls. Nice breakfast area. Cookies in the lobby upon check in. The only downfall I found was the machines in the exercise room could have used some servicing as the two I used each had small glitches, but that does not factor into the rating of my overall stay, because as long as a place is clean, quiet, and comfortable to sleep in, that is what matters most to me. (and there are definitely places in Billings that don't meet any of those qualifications!)

I travel a lot for both business and pleasure. I stay in hotels from Boston to Bombay, but I always look forward to staying at this hotel in Billings. First, unlike other "international hotel chains" that build uniform structures and cookie-cutter rooms, this Best Western has an architectural style and interior design that actually reflects its geographic location; the American West. The staff is well trained, helpful and the truly make you feel that your business is appreciated. Clean rooms together with a dog-friendly policy and a fair price make this an exceptionally good value.

The king bed room was very large and spacious. Room was nice and quiet. If you book the government rate, make sure you have you ID with you. They may ask for an ID to make sure you are eligible for that rate. The pop machines on 2nd and 3rd floor charged 25 cents less for a 20 oz bottle than the machine on first floor.
