We booked online and at check in found everything just as we expected. Even though we returned to the hotel both times around 10:00 pm, parking was not an issue. The doors to the hallway were quiet closing which I always note and much appreciate not being awakened early or late with slamming. The rooms are nicely divided for sleeping and relaxing or working at the desk. There is a nice small coffee bar with sink, fridge, and microwave in the main area. The vanity is outside the bathroom which is a plus when 2 people are getting ready for the day. The room also had 2 closets with doors which was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast has waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs or egg patties & sausage, as well as fruit and the usual fare you would expect. Breakfast was 7:00 - 9:30 am and the eating area was quite small. We took the food back to the room and having a tray would have been helpful. The fitness room is quite small and you can use the Billlings Athletic Club for $7.00 with a card from the hotel. (Might be the same charge to walk in - not sure since we didn't use the BAC.) There were 2 computers just off the check in/eating area for complimentary use. We did hear trains but it seemed the whistles did not blow from midnight or so until morning. The location is very convenient to the west end and mall shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is above average for comparable hotels. Location is nice with some decent dining options very nearby (Texas Roadhouse, Mongolian BBQ, Italian). Pool, hot tub, and fitness center are not special, but are adequate. Despite having my i-pod stolen there (by another guest--and my fault, not the hotel's) and being maybe a tad over-priced, it was an overall good experience.

Very nice! Our King room was attractively decorated, quiet, very clean, comfortable and roomy. I liked the efficient use of space. Hard-wired high-speed internet allowed a Netflix connection and the TV readily accepted the computer connections. The breakfast buffet offered healthful choices and was well stocked. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. I saw an employee cleaning the tops of picture frames in a hallway and there was no dust anywhere in our suite. We were allowed to turn the sound off on the TV while we ate in the breakfast room (a big plus for me).

Recently stayed at Spring Hill Suites in Billings, Mt. From the beginning the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were great have no compliants about the establishment, beds were the best if like the soft fluffy beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast was a 5 on a scale of 1-10, but still a great breakfast no compliants. I tried most of the hotels in Billings and by far this was on my top 3 list as far as price and accommodations. If you like Bar B-Q the Texas Road House is a great place to eat. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
