I have stayed in a lot of motels all over Billings, MT and tge surrounding area in addtion to many moe as I travel most of the year. I'm pretty laid back and just expect a clean quiet room. This palce was not clean! The "jacuzzi" was filthy as was the rest of the room. Way over priced as the rooms are very dull and cold. Noisy and cruddy loking all over the property especially the rooms. The voucher for the Western Emporium Restaurant and Casino was not good....the help was very rude when I presented the voucher and the food was bad...I got sick! They need to look into that place for sure. So I had a very bad experinece all the way around...very disappointed as i could have found other properties near by with the same accomidations but clean and much better value and surroundings and furnishings.

I chose this spot based on one good review from 2008 and because it had a web site which if I faked a booking it gave me a price. My walk in price was less than the web booking price even with taxes included. I was delighted.

A big modern room, comfortable bed, fridge, coffee machine, internet, free hot breakfast, iron, shampoo, newspaper, the works. Single ply toilet paper was the only complaint I could make but it was adequate.

I too received the free vouchers for drink and slot machine but found the bar too smoky for me to use them. The breakfast voucher gave me anything on the menu I think.

I ate supper at Cactus Creek Steak Outfitters nearby. The steak was excellent. Unfortunately I didn’t notice their ad in the motel room until later but my drink could have been free by showing my motel key.

The motel was quiet and I slept well.

Nice front desk service by Mark and the room was large and very clean. There was a jetted tub and a separate shower and the showerhead works great. The bed and sheets were super comfy. I love the lotion they supplied too! Parking was available and convenient (I mention this ever since the Days Inn episode in Kent, WA where we were told we could not park at the hotel but would have to park at the bar next door in front of a sign saying if we are not a bar patron we will be towed) Our dog was allowed for $10. We also received a voucher for two drinks and free breakfast at the restaurant next door AND a $10 voucher to play one of the slot machines. It was Sunday morning; the breakfast was a buffet and very good. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
