My first choice for a hotel stay in Billings is the Country Inn & Suites. I'm in Billings several times a year and have always found the accommodations and customer service to be top notch, and the prices are reasonable and competitive.

The location is convenient and easy to access, The rooms are large and most of them, if not all, include a mini frig, microwave, coffee pot, and extra pillows. I appreciate that the hallways and rooms don't smell like industrial disinfectant!

The beds are oh-so-comfortable, rooms are quiet, breakfast choices are great and food is quite good. It's always a treat to pick up a fresh cookie at the front desk, too! The entire staff is pleasant, courteous and professional.

The only improvement I can think of is to add an automatic door at the entrance.

We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Billings twice a year apart and found both experiences to be exceptional. Their rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly and outgoing, always checking to be certain we have everthing we need. The breakfast is the best we've ever had in our travels...variety, hot, fresh, clean and comfortable dining room, real plates, cups, and silverware. We will always stay at Country Inn & Suites when in Billings.

The Country Inn and Suites by Carlson in Billings had very friendly service, the rooms were very nice and clean, the pool and hut tub were very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious. If you are going to stay in the Billings area, I recommend the Country Inn & Suites.

I was in Billings for business so I decided to trust the Trip Advisor reviews and was quite satisfied with my stay here. When I first checked in I discovered that the outlets did not work in my bathroom. The woman at the front desk wasn't able to get anyone to come fix the problem but did deliver a key to my room to save me the hassle of having to drag all my stuff back to the front desk. She was friendly, apologetic and even though it was a bit of a hassle since I had already unpacked, the problem was quickly and pleasantly resolved. These are not the newest rooms in the world but they were mostly clean. I noticed a piece of food wrapper behind the nightstand that stayed there throughout my entire trip and they also didn't clean the sink in the bathroom as the makeup I spilled in the morning was there when I returned. Not huge complaints and given the dearth of decent places to stay in Billings, this isn't a bad choice. I would stay there again if I had to travel to this area. The breakfast in the morning is convenient and has a nice selection. They also gave me granola bars one night when I returned late and hadn't eaten dinner. Again, the staff alone here is worth the stay!
