“Comfortable, easy access, great staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

The last night of our weeklong Yellowstone/family wedding trip and we were looking for a clean room, comfy bed and a television for the hubby - no tv's in Yellowstone or Chico for the past four nights, and he was missing having a remote in his hand. The Quality Inn fit the bill perfectly. We got a king bed room, had a nice desk/office area, coffee maker, hair dryer, nice tub, very pleasant colors/decor. We requested a ground floor room and it was granted. The bed was very comfortable, bedding was nice, pillows just the right fluff - it was just about the best night's sleep we had the whole trip!

The lobby is a very nice "Montana Rustic" style, breakfast area has ample tables (often a problem at many other properties). TWO waffle makers so no back up waiting for your turn to make a waffle. Juice actually tasted like the fruit it was to portray, not just colored water like it can be many places. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, oatmeal, lots of hot options in addition to yogurt, toast/muffins/donuts, hardboiled eggs, etc. It was a great breakfast for a comp meal. The only thing we wish this property had was a pool, but if we wanted that, the LaQuinta up the road had one, but rooms were $30 more a night. So we saved our money for a very nice dinner at The Mint in Belgrade based on a recommendation by the manager who checked us in (we highly recommend The Mint too, see our review)

Next time we are in town and visiting family, we will definitely consider another stay at the Quality Inn of Belgrade.

“Great Accommodations and Friendly Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 September 2011

Every year around October, several of us meet in West Yellowstone to fish, catch the beauty of Yellowstone and road trip to various other areas of the country. Once we have finished with the road trip, we always wind up back in Belgrade to catch our flights back to our respective homes. Last year, we stayed at the Quality Inn in Belgrade, MT for the first time. The location was perfect; very close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The “Business Center” is really nothing more than a desk, computer and printer. Although I had to wait a few minutes to use the computer, I was able to print my airline boarding pass without any issues. The facility was not too busy when we were there, but during busy periods, the wait for the computer may be a little longer. We will be back this year and plan to stay at the Quality Inn once again!

“Great place near the airport & freeway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 August 2011

We stayed here twice during July & August. Once we needed to be near the airport--and they provide a free airport shuttle. The second time we wanted to be near the freeway to get a travel jump in the morning. We were confused at first because AAA had the facility listed as a Holiday Inn; they apparently converted to a Quality Inn in early 2011. The rooms were clean & well set up. The breakfasts were very good for motel type. There are family members who manage the place who are active on-site and friendly and helpful. Also, they allow dogs, and there's a good area for exercising them in back of the motel. It's near the freeway and in a commercial area, so don't expect pastoral charm, but it's a good place to stay when traveling.

“Comfy bed with tons of pillows, near airport, quiet, reasonable price, includes breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 July 2011

I just love a hotel room with tons of pillows! We've stayed here a few years ago and the hotel seems to have recently upgraded the beds and linens.
My husband and I stayed here in July 2011 twice. We stayed a couple of nights before venturing down into Yellowstone. Then again after our Yellowstone trip we stayed for a couple more nights and explored the Belgrade/Bozeman MT area.
The hotel was reasonably priced. The Belgrade location is convenient to the airport and still only minutes outside of Bozeman. Both rooms we had were large. One room had 2 queen beds. The other room had a king size bed, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. The tv's in both rooms were older, but really, we didn't spend much time in the room watching tv so it was adequate. Lots of channels which was nice when we did turn it on.
It was slow, but we did take advantage of the free wifi in our room, and appreciated that feature.
The free breakfast buffet was very good. They had different hot entrees every morning (scrambled eggs, sausages, omelets, hash browns), as well as pastries, toast, hot fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereals, hot oatmeal mixes, juice, coffee, tea.
We did appreciate the computer and printer in the lobby for printing of our boarding passes for the flight home.
Everyone on the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of young employees working hard cleaning the rooms. All were polite and friendly. The front desk was always professional and helpful. Special treats were offered occasionally in the lobby in the afternoon like cookies or fresh buttered popcorn.
There is a restaurant across the parking lot that you can walk to for an easy meal. Be sure to check out Chalet Market across the street and just north of the hotel. We found lots of Montana products to take home for gifts and souveniers. The prices on things like buffalo, beef and elk meat sticks and jerky were better than the gift shops downtown in Bozeman. Also picked up some jam made from local berries. Nice people there too.
We didn't need it, but the hotel does offer free shuttle to the airport.

Room Tip: If it's important to you, ask for a room with a refrigerator/microwave because not all the rooms...
