Stayed at this property several times as I traveled the area for work. The staff was incredibly welcoming. They had fresh baked cookies and a pitcher of iced tea and lemonade up front, as well as a stand with a microwave, plastic utensils, sweetener, and plates. Very handy!
I travel on a regular basis and this is be best HIE in Missouri, if not the Midwest!

This Holiday Inn Express is the very best we found on our travels from Canada to Key West and it is only because of the attitude of the exceptional staff.
The building is newish but the care and attention to details were clearly evident at every point in our stay. An exceptional reception in a seasonally decorated front lobby was followed up with a well stocked room. No need to request a missing razor or toothbrush because these were already in place & ready to go. We didn't need these items but the effort had been made to anticipate potential needs.
The cleaning staff follow the same standards of service because cleanliness and care to detail were clearly noticeable and appreciated.
Seeking advice for dinner was met with several delectible options that covered the range available in town.
Breakfast was available before the scheduled time so an early start on the road was made possible.
A bit hard to find as it isn't signed too well - but make the effort to find this excellent place because it's more than worth it.
As noted, the facility is an average Holiday Inn Express, the people at this location are exceptional and their efforts made our stay very memorable.

Had a great group stay in Dec. 2011. Had a hunting party of 22 people. The hotel had everything ready for a late checkin and did and excellent job for an early breakfast for our group. This is our 3rd year staying here and the management does an excellent job accomodating our party. Clean, good location, quite area of West Plains.

Located on North side of West Plains, may be a little hard to find if you do not have a GPS unit. The entry off of the Highway to hotel is somewhat obscure. The Building can be seen from the Highway, however.
Staff is friendly and accomodating. Breakfast offered is great. Staff at breakfast quite helpful. Quiet hotel, Clean, No Pets, No Smoking. If you have trouble with odors bothering you this is your hotel. No cleaning odors but it appears very clean.
