“Drury did not disappoint.”

We needed an over night stay heading back to Texas from northern Illinois. We arrived late, the check in was fast the room was comfortable and clean. We ara a family of four the room accommodated us well. The wifi was excellent and FREE. Our SUV was full as we were heading home from Christmas with family, the parking was well lighted and an area where only hotel guest should be. The breakfast area was clean with many hot and cold selections. Drury is my hotel of choice when traveling.

“Wonderful stay at the Valley Park Drury Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 December 2011

I must be honest, my partner and I wound up at the Drury because our car broke down, but our stay was so excellent that next time we might stop there on purpose! Aside from how we ended up there, the staff was incredibly pleasant and the free breakfast and 5:30 kickback was definitely a plus since we had no car. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and stocked with towels. Also, the e-saver rate is the lowest, even lower than AAA, so go for that.

“A Great Place To Stay In St. Louis Along I-44”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel a couple of nights ago. With a AAA Club discount, we paid $115 for the night.Everything about the stay was great. My wife and I will stay here again when we are in St. Louis. The room was spacious and had a fridge, microwave, and a 42" flat screen TV. The parking lot is very well lit. The staff was very helpful, with special accolades for James, the evening clerk.

Drury Inn has a great breakfast selection and a light dinner with complimentary drinks. The wireless internet worked well. There are a number or places to eat within a short walk, to include a Bob Evans and a BBQ place.

Room Tip: All rooms are very good at a Drury Inn.

“Never disappoints”

My husband and I stay at this hotel when traveling across country. It is close enough to St. Louis, but not as crowded and busy. Also, Kirkwood is close by with nice shops and restaurants. We were greeted by Kevin at the front desk when we arrived. He is always extremely friendly and helpful. We prefer Room 522 because the bedroom is enclosed and you don't hear street noise. We had a restful night's stay and a good breakfast to send us on our long journey for the next day.

“Nice Getaway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 August 2011

My husband and I spent the night just to get away and be able to swim. I chose a Drury Inn because of the added benefits of the breakfast and evening food that got rave reviews on this site and for the use of the swimming pool. The good: Had room on the 6th floor away from elevator and ice machine and was super quiet. The breakfast was decent - with good selection. The 5:30 pm food was awesome! Great selection of food along with 3 drink vouchers per person - this combination almost unheard of anywhere else. Popcorn and soda available most of the day. Room was slightly smaller that I had hoped for, but nicely furnished with marble floors with flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. They have an indoor and outdoor pool - on the smaller side but empty on the day we were there. The desk staff (I think his name was Ron) was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Bad: Bartender was AWOL several times when people were standing and waiting for drinks. The hot tub had luke-warm water with tons of frothy foam. Far side had a bunch of gritty sand like stuff on the bottom - not sure what it was. The bed was a little too soft - and not very supportive. My back ached the next morning. The most annoying thing was we had no toiletries in the room except for one of those small bottles of shampoo that had already been opened and used. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.
