made our reservation 4 wks in advance asking for non smoking and were given our room # at that time. they gave us a smoking room, said that's all they had. can't believe this place was booked a month in advance. dive hotel---towel rack torn off wall, recliner broken, bathroom smelled like something dead, bathroom door broken, toilet ran, tv didn't work, room dirty, clock broken. screaming/crying kids in the office, partially clothed people (some appeared to be "working women")running around obviously participating in some kind of adult activities, the walls are very thin and we could hear it all! this place was a haven for perverts! no place for families or road weary travelers!

within 10 minutes of entering our room, I saw 3 cock roaches on the nightstand. I killed them, and wrapped them in a kleenex, and took them to the woman who checked me in at the front desk earlier. She offered us a different room, but i declined as I know these little creatures trael! She offered a refund, and told me they were having someone every Monday for this problem.I told her I would be back with my key in a little bit as my sister was in the shower. I went back to our room, and the phone was ringing, it was , I believe it was her husband , he is yelling and asking why we are still in the room and said we had 5 minutes to vacate the room and hung up! a few minutes later I went down to return the key, and the man on the phone was there. He said I was a "troublemaker, and that no one else complained!" he said they have an exterminator and we are the problem!! he also said "so what? Big deal! A few roaches are`nt going to kill you!"
