I was a little leary at first when we arrived -- as I booked through Priceline -- outside room entrances, older hotel. The room was a little dated, but clean. Very spacious rooms and convenient to have fridge and microwave. I was not happy about the website advertising a "new fitness room" and then finding out it was a mile away at the Candlewood -- but we used their facilities and it worked out fine. I would recommend this hotel.

I stay in hotels/motels approximately 200 days/year, throughout the southern MO region and have found my favorite hotel/motel in Springfield, MO is the Arbor Suites - Medical Mile.
The staff is awesome, atentive, and very quick to listen and correct any problems that may arise. This property offers standard room suites that are much bigger than most other properties "SUITES", I've stayed in. Each room has a fridge (w/freezer), microwave, sofabeds, ceiling fans, desks, free wifi, AND great prices to boot!!! ***also FREE WASHER/DRYERS use on property***
Once I stayed the first week at Arber Suites, I was hooked and now, they all remember my name, my room, my "special details" that i request and i really feel like its my home away from home. As a woman traveler, I always look for properties that are safer and I feel extremely safe here. My husband came with me to check out where I was staying, when we know I will be in a certain area for a while and he loved the room size, location and how safe and quiet is.
If your ever in the area, ask for Stephanie- Property Manager! She will fix you right up!!!

This hotel is great value. We had two rooms for two nights. Rates are very reasonable - separate sitting area - the archway and crown mouldings in the rooms make it feel like home. Up to date decor,
large flat screen. Staff was excellent - I left two articles of clothing in the chest of drawers, they (Stephanie) recovered them for me and shipped them to my home at not cost - now that's service!

Our stay here was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The staff was very hospitable and respectful. The decor and style of rooms made it feel very home like. Great value. We will be back.
